48 Hour Reading Challenge Update

Okay, so 36 hours into the 48 hour reading challenge, I have read for 11 hours and blogged for 2 hours!

First, I read City of Ashes by Cassandra Clare.  Then I moved on to The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner by Stephenie Meyer.  Then I ranted and raved, or actually just wrote my review, of both books (I only ranted and raved about S.M.'s latest because I love Cassandra Clare!).  I networked a little, posting my review on the I Will Not Be Silent facebook page by author April Maley.

In the middle of this I went out to lunch with my friend Melissa.  It was great to see you Melissa!  Then, I settled down to do more reading.  I finished Through The Triangle by CP Stewart, which I really enjoyed.

I took a break to make some chocolate covered Ritz cracker and peanut butter sandwiches (see picture) for my cousin's wedding shower Sunday.  Yum!  Congratulations Lindsey!  After that I started City of Glass.  Lastly, I wrote my review of Through The Triangle this morning.

  2. I'm thinking about doing a 48 hours reading challenge also. I haven't been reading as much as I have when I was younger. I read everyday but usually at night. Hmm maybe I'll do it someday =D
